Bell maintains formal inspection records, non-conformance reports, and punch list documentation on every project—because a tight construction file protects the owner when questions come up months or years after project completion.

Bell has managed construction on crude units, process vessels, pressure piping systems, tankage, structural steel, instrumentation upgrades, and electrical installations across Gulf Coast industrial facilities.
